The Apprentices report to the Operations Manager. Job Responsibilities include:

  • To learn the trade and be your Technicians right hand man on service and install jobs.

 

This is an entry-level position for someone who possesses the following:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Do light repair and installation work as determined and allowed by the Plumbing Technicians they are assisting.
  • Always be courteous, respectful, and pleasant to the customer.
  • Ensuring every job is completely cleaned up and the work areas spotless.
  • Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving.
  • Maintain technicians truck so that it is neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times. The truck is one of the best billboards that the company has.
  • Obey the company Code of Ethics and the Team Rules.

 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

 

The HVAC Technician will be responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation and repair of heating and cooling systems in residential homes.

Technicians will respond to service calls, perform maintenance and installations. Our company offers on-the-job training and yearly wage increases as your skills develop. Starting pay is determined upon skills and experience.

 

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Serving our clients in the best way possible.
  • Always explain to the client what service you are performing. Explain and show the client how the company provides superior service.
  • Install, maintain, modify and repair heating and cooling systems
  • Inspect and test components of systems to ensure they are operable and safe
  • Establish rapport with clients to sell the right products and services.
  • Re-check all repairs and installations after you’ve repaired or replaced it, before leaving the client’s home to ensure everything is working properly and the client knows how to operate the system properly
  • Perform a proper inspection of the client’s entire HVAC system. Look for ways to prevent future breakdowns.
  • Obey the company Code of Ethics and the Team Rules.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site
  • Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving.
  • Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Serving the clients of the company by expertly servicing customers’ entire plumbing system.
  • Wear floor savers while in the client’s home and maintaining a neat work area when performing a repair or scheduled service.
  • Re-check all plumbing repairs and installations one more time, after you’ve repaired or replaced it, before leaving the client’s home to ensure everything is working properly and that we did indeed fix it right the first time.
  • Always explain to the client what service you are performing. Explain and show the client how the company provides superior service.
  • Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving.
  • Never sell the client a repair that they don’t need. Perform a proper inspection of the client’s entire plumbing system. Make sure you look for ways to prevent future breakdowns. Properly use the Pricing Guide. Do the right job for the client and everyone will win.
  • Maintain your truck so that it is neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times. The truck is one of the best billboards that the company has. Park the truck for the maximum impact of the “billboard” when possible.
  • Obey the company Code of Ethics and the Team Rules.

Pay: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour

Job Summary:

The CSR/Dispatcher supports the day-to-day operations of the company by efficiently scheduling with customers and dispatching technicians to calls. This role requires the dispatcher to think critically to ensure they are dispatching the best fit technician for the call. MUST be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment but also be proactive on slow days. Other duties include Coordination of ordering of parts for jobs with our shop manager, successfully rescheduling jobs when part arrives, making management aware of any parts that need to be ordered, coordinating with other trades when needed, Social media postings, scheduling technicians 1:1’s with managers and reporting on various ends of the business.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Answer inbound calls and schedule with customers.
  • Dispatch all service calls to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction.
  • Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move and generating revenue. Make every effort to compress call scheduling effectively and maximize productivity.
  • Notify clients ahead of time without fail if the technician is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window and re-scheduling the time at the client’s convenience.
  • Share responsibility to ensure that all technicians arrive at their designated appointments On time.
  • Debrief technicians after each call and insist that all employees collect payment immediately after each job is completed.
  • Make “happy calls” to each customer after their appointment to ensure they are satisfied with our services.
  • Work closely with our shop manager to ensure parts needed are ordered and working closely to reschedule jobs when parts arrive.
  • Obey the company Code of Ethics, Team Rules, and Team Philosophy
  • Candidate needs to be able to work in office.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in dispatching a crew is preferred
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Self-starter, reliable, flexibility with hours
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Present and communicate professionally (written and verbal)
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Must be a critical thinker – Strong English composition skills
  • Telephone etiquette and working knowledge of email systems
